Staff were very welcoming, service was very good and the food was delicious!

The food and service was good, though we had to remind the waitress we still needed to order our mains. Also when booking I had mentioned to the restaurant that it was my birthday, and that was acknowledged in no way though it was for another larger party, which was a shame and a bit embarrassing in front of my friends.

Very disappointed with the portion size of food and cost. Chicken with garlic and pepper hardly had 5 small pieces of chicken costs £10.90. The restaurant is a rip off. It’s not even Michelin star but prices are Michelin star. Had portion size been a bit larger I can understand . After dinner we felt we hardly had anything to eat. Will never go again and would never recommend going there unless u have the

We went to Tiger Lily a couple of months ago as part of a management team night out when colleagues were in London from Scotland. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the service and the price which is very reasonable. When my manager came down again this week, I asked him if we should all go out to dinner again and he said 'Yes. Please book Tiger Lily again!' and so we did and again, we were not disappointed. Highly recommend this for celebration gatherings, work nights out (don't get too rowdy though!) or a quiet romantic dinner. We will definitely go there again for sure!

Food and service were excellent once we were seated. However the evening was somewhat spoiled as we had booked for 20:00 and weren't seated until 20:40. This has never happened before and I trust this was just a one off.
We are regular visitors to Tiger Lily in Osterley and are generally pleased with the service received. However, on this occasion we were left disappointed. Although a table had been booked, we were lucky to get one as there appeared to be a large function going on, which had taken over the whole restaurant. We had to wait longer than usual for our orders. When the food did come, it was served in a rush, very little care was taken in placing the dishes on the table. One dish of squid stir fry was very tough and chewy, with one piece in particular being inedible. I told two servers about this, neither did anything to remedy the situation. I also think serving multiple orders of the same dish in one bigger dish is not helpful, as it is very difficult to divide evenly between 2 or 3 people. It just feels like we were being given less for the same price. May I suggest you close the whole restaurant for such big parties in the future, so your regular clientele are not subject to a second class service? Just a thought. A very disappointing Sunday lunch.

Myself and a group of friends had a meal at Tiger Lily on Wednesday night and I must say we were very impressed with the food, the service, and the warmth and comfort of the restaurant itself. It was a most enjoyable experience and can highly recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly and professional staff.
I would recommend the Tiger Lily Thai Restaurant to all my friends and family, from reserving our table to being greeted by the staff it was so refreshing, the service was 100% and the food well if there is anything higher than 100% I would rate it.
So clean so professional it was a honour to take my wife there to celebrate her birthday, well done great evening.
My boss was visiting from the USA, and he's a fan of Thai food. I hadn't been here for a while, but you didn't let me down. His feedback was that some of the dishes were up there with the best he's ever tasted ... and he eats a lot of Thai food ! Thanks once again.
